A successful offer
SIPA Park & Fly offers low-income investors the opportunity to purchase individual or multiple parking spaces in a long-term parking facility. The facility is purpose-built and managed on behalf of the owner by an established airport parking company.
Each parking space has the advantage of having its own title registered in the name of the owner or a company.
This can be purchased using a single title from the land registry, saving on the costs of executing larger property portfolios.
The terms and conditions
Once the purchase is concluded, the investor can subscribe to a 6-year management contract for the parking space(s). This guarantees a rental income for the first two years at 7% net per year.
By requesting a simple agreement, the investor and SIPA Park & Fly can terminate the management contract after the second or fourth year, for example for resale purposes.
Upon request, SIPA Park & Fly will assist in the resale of the investor’s parking space (5% resale fee) and market it at least 25% above the initial purchase price to owners, potential occupants, business users and other investors.
We anticipate a very limited number of available parking spaces in the resale market.
Airport parking is a strong commercial real estate investment, capable of generating high revenues and strong capital growth. Low cost investments of this caliber are rare and in high demand.
